1. A 50% deposit is required with the completion of the form to secure your booking.

2. Deposits are refundable up to 10 days prior to the scheduled party date.

3. All children must have a signed waiver by a parent/guardian before entering the bounce room.  We will provide them with your invitations for parties.

4. The adult party host/parents of invited guests are responsible for supervising and monitoring the safety of the invited children.

5. We recommend the party host ensures at least 3 adults to every 15 children during the party.

6. We will need a final head count the day before the party.

7. Ice cream and beverages must be purchased from 1-2-3...Jump!

8. The party host can bring their own food but are responsible for additional plates, utensils and serving items needed for that food.  1-2-3...Jump! will provide plates nad utensils for ice cream and any cake provided by the adult party host.

9. Please do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes prior to your party.

10. Full balance of party is due prior to the start of the party.

11. All children and adults must remove their shoes and wear socks when entering the bounce room.

I agree to all the terms, conditions, prices, reservation dates and times indicated in this 1-2-3...Jump! booking form.  I agree to assume all responsibility for monitoring the safety and supervision of children taking part in the party without their parent present.  I agree that the party deposit is non-refundable for any reason within 10 days of the party date.
